When will I receive the books?
You will typically receive the package in 3-5 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 7-10 working days in Sabah and Sarawak. Please see our Delivery page for more information.
What does it mean when a book is "Out of Stock"?
A book which is marked "out of stock" means that we have temporarily sold all our available units and we will restock them soon. This will usually take 3~10 working days, but it some cases the books are in reprint and will take about a month.
Customers will still be able to place orders even if the books show as out-of-stock. Please note that if you place an order that contains books which are pending restock, we will hold the order and post out all the books at once. If you need the books urgently, please separate the orders into two.
If you receive an email saying that your order status is "on backorder" it means that your order has one or more books pending restock.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by PayPal and bank transfer. Please see our Payment page for more information.
Can I walk in to your shop?
No, we don't have physical shop. Books are stored at the warehouse where only staff have access.
Do you sell wholesale to other bookshops?
Sorry, we don't.
Can I pick up the books at your Mont Kiara office?
No, sorry. The books are stored, packaged and delivered from our warehouse.
How much are shipping fees?
Delivery is free within Peninsular Malaysia for all orders above RM150, and otherwise just RM10.
The cost of delivery to East Malaysia is RM20 for the first RM50 of purchases, and RM12 for every subsequent RM50 of purchases. Delivery charge is capped at a maximum of RM128.
We need to reserve the right to decline and refund purchases for delivery outside main cities or for orders over RM500. Please contact us and we will be happy to make custom arrangements.
Can I reserve some books before buying?
Unfortunately we cannot hold stocks. Books are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Can I place orders via WhatsApp/Facebook/email?
Sorry, all orders must be placed on our website at Peekabook.com.my. You can use WhatsApp/Facebook/email for queries, or contact our customer services at +6018 3266 238.
Can I request which couriers company I wish to use?
We partner with a number of delivery companies so we may not use the courier of your choice. However, we'll try our best if you tell us which couriers you want to avoid.
How do I reset my password?
Go to "Sign in" and click on "Forgot your password".
Check your inbox or spam mail folder for an email from Peekabook. Click on the link to change your password.
What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points are rebate vouchers for our customers that can be used on future purchases.
Where to check my Loyalty Points?
Go to "My Account" and click on "Loyalty Points".
How to convert my loyalty points to vouchers?
Sign in to your account, go to "My Account", click on "Loyalty Points", then select "Transfer my points into a voucher".
Why can't I see any points in the "Loyalty Points" section?
Reason 1: Points will only be added after your order has been shipped.
Reason 2: Textbooks and offers/specials/promtional items do not qualify for loyalty points.
Reason 3: Points expire after 3 months.
Reason 4: You are already registered with us as a tuition center distributor.
How do I join your Tuition Centre Distribution Program?

I don't have a voucher code to fill in at cart summary, how?
Simply ignore this section if you don't have a voucher.
What is an Order Ref?
After you have successful placed and order on our site, you'll get a 9-letter code which will help us identify your order.
You need to send us your Order Ref together with your payment details (if you're paying by bank transfer) or if you wish to to check your orders's status.
Can I change my delivery address after I successfully placed an order?
Yes, as long as we haven't posted out your parcel.
Can I refund a book which I wrongly ordered?
Yes, but you need to cover the shipping fees. Please contact customer services for the return address. We will refund the book price to you by voucher.
If I haven't paid for my order, can I place a new order?
Yes, you may. We would appreciate if you could inform us to cancel the orders that you don't want.
If I received a damaged parcel, how?
Please write "Damaged" when you sign to take your parcel. Then check condition inside.
Any problems please inform us as soon as possible.
Can I request to cancel an order after I have made payment?
No, sorry. For special cases please contact us and we will refund by voucher.
How do I use my voucher?
During checkout, please key in the voucer code in the "Voucher" box of the cart summary and then click "Ok". The voucher will then be automatically applied.
