We have a unique opportunity for the role of E-Commerce Manager. Your role will be to manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfil website orders and prepare packages for dispatch via courier
  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone and Facebook
  • Coordinate with suppliers to restock when stock runs low
  • Run marketing campaigns (can be online or offline)
  • General administrative tasks (like listing and updating products)

Requirements:

  • Be happy! đŸ˜€ The most important criteria are passion and good attitude
  • Able to read and write fluently in English and Mandarin
  • Graduate or experienced diploma holder in any discipline
  • Comfortable posting on social networks and blogs

Full guidance will be provided. No experience is necessary but applicants must be at least 21 years old. If you previously worked in or studied marketing, communications, PR, copywriting, IT or SEO, or are a mother or teacher, you have a huge advantage.

Your key responsibility will be to organise and sell at roadshows throughout Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. We offer a decent salary, generous commissions, and fantastic sales training.

The purpose of the roadshows is to:

  1. Promote our brand and mission
  2. Sell our products
  3. Gather feedback from customers

As Roadshow Manager you will be exposed to many cool opportunities to:

  • Develop your sales and interpersonal skills
  • Organise events, including scouting, recommending and booking suitable locations for roadshows
  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics, including managing stock and partners
  • Manage team(s) of part-time promoters, including hiring and training
  • Analyse returns, identify market opportunities and make recommendations
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies
  • Report directly to the company directors on a daily basis

You must be able to:

  • Speak fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Load and unload all roadshow equipment (books are heavy!)
  • Work on occasional weekends (off days will be replaced)
  • Drive a manual car

No experience is required but applicants must be at least 21 years old. Graduates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply, as this is a unique opportunity for a managerial position with full training.
